Theatre ANUM: Lead Perioperative Care & Team Growth

Goulburn Valley Health is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to lead the theatre team and ensure safe, high quality patient care. This role works with the NUM and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate theatre activity, support staff development, and drive continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have AHPRA registration, extensive perioperative nursing experience, and demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
