The Role • Manage construction site activities, ensuring economic, technical, and timely execution. • Independently coordinate your crew and prepare measurements with corresponding sketches. • Plan and schedule your team, including the management and control of subcontractors. • Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines, including quality management and health & safety standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in cable or pipeline construction (e.g., as a skilled worker, pipeline builder, road builder) or equivalent experience. • Valid driver's license, class B required; class C and CE desirable. • German language proficiency at a minimum B2 level. • Self-motivated, reliable, communicative, and a team player.
