Senior Software Test Engineer

Arrow Electronics seeks a Senior Software Test Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of platforms that power global wholesale technology distribution. In this role, you will design test strategies, build and maintain automated test suites, and execute functional, regression, and performance tests across complex, distributed systems. Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for complex, distributed software systems
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test suites for UI, API, and backend services
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to refine requirements and acceptance criteria
• Identify, document, and track defects, driving issues to resolution
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to support frequent, reliable releases
• Analyze test results and quality metrics to recommend improvements
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices
• Ensure test coverage for new features and critical business workflows
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools
