Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Developer with strong expertise in hybrid mobile application development using Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms while following modern mobile development practices.

Required Skills & Responsibilities:

• 4–8 years of experience in developing and delivering hybrid mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, including application development, UI implementation, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of the Flutter framework, Dart programming language, Flutter SDK updates, and ecosystem libraries.
• Experience creating custom Flutter packages and plugins by leveraging native Android and iOS capabilities through platform-specific APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter state management approaches, with hands-on experience using BLoC architecture/patterns preferred.
• Experience working with Flutter components and packages including widgets, layouts, navigation, location services, networking, local storage, security, encryption/cryptography, and SQLite/SQFLite databases.
• Proficient in integrating mobile applications with backend services using REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, and data serialization/deserialization techniques.
• Experience working with Android Studio, Xcode, mobile build processes, app signing, deployment workflows, and troubleshooting platform-specific issues.
• Hands-on experience with source control tools, defect tracking systems, CI/CD processes, and development collaboration tools such as Git and Jira.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for building maintainable applications.
• Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned tasks, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with product owners, designers, backend developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience publishing and maintaining applications in Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices, application performance tuning, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide efficient, scalable solutions.
