Installation, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of Cisco routers, switches, firewall platforms, wireless controllers and access points	Required	10	Years
Experience Implementing and supporting advanced routing, VPN technologies, port channels, and first-hop redundancy	Required	10	Years
Experience terminating copper and fiber cabling, validating cabling with testers/light meters, and managing rack infrastructure	Required	10	Years
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred	Highly desired	10	Years
Knowledge in productivity and documentation tools (Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint) for diagrams, procedures, and asset documentation	Required	0
