Job Title: Program Manager / Program Head
Job Location: Markham, ON (Hybrid/3 Days in a week)
Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation Range: $150,000 - $155,000 per year

Job description:

• Experienced Program Manager / Program Head with strong Insurance IT and Application Support Management background, managing large-scale, complex programs and teams.
• Proven expertise in managing L2/L3 application support operations, including incident, problem, change, and service management.
• Strong experience in end-to-end application support management, stakeholder coordination, service delivery, and operational excellence.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure
