Job Description

Location: Hybrid London, with flexibility to work remotely

About the role

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established finance team in a national charity. You will be looking for a hands-on role overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the charity and its commercial subsidiaries whilst managing a small team, reporting to the Finance Director.

You will be keen to partner other teams in their business decisions and take an active role in other areas such as risk management and insurance.

This role is known internally as Finance and Risk Manager.

About the team

This is a small team which has worked together well for many years, committed to delivering excellence to all our stakeholders, providing support to staff and volunteers across the charity within and outside the UK.

About you

You will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with experience as Financial Controller or Finance Manager, ready for your next move. You will enjoy working with external and internal stakeholders at all levels with experience of management and financial reporting and relish the challenge of implementing process improvements.
