System Integration Engineer- Level II

Mandatory Qualifications:

1. Level II- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a System Integration Engineer
2. More than seven years' experience in software development of enterprise-level applications using JEE, JMS, WebServices and ORM such as JPA/Hibernate, with a minimum of two years supporting an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) program within a Health and Human Services environment.
3. More than five years' experience in developing applications using Spring API and frameworks including but not limited to Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Spring Boot and Spring REST.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Seven or more years of experience implementing automated unit testing frameworks and developing applications using complex SQL queries against Oracle or MS SQL Server databases.
2. Five or more years of experience developing Microservices-based applications and using CI/CD, source control, and build tools (i.e., Git, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory/Nexus).
3. Three or more years of experience developing web applications using JSON/Angular.JS and MongoDB, with working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud), enterprise security (Okta, SSO, Active Directory), distributed technologies (Kafka, MuleSoft, Redis) and container platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift.
