Project Manager

Project Manager<br />Copello is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading engineering organisation delivering innovative technical projects within aerospace and defence programmes.<br />This is a fantastic opportunity to manage multiple engineering programmes from planning through to delivery, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.<br />Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, risks and project performance.
• Provide regular project updates to customers and internal teams.
• Support successful project delivery against quality, cost and timescale objectives.<br />About You<br />You'll have:
• Experience managing engineering, manufacturing or technical projects.
• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
