The Role

• Represent the brand at retail stores, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with potential customers and generate interest in premium window and door solutions.
• Convert customer conversations into qualified leads for in-home consultations.
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays in various retail environments.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's legacy of quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation for travel to various event and retail locations.
• A naturally outgoing and conversational personality, comfortable initiating interactions.
• Resilience and confidence in handling rejection.
• A genuine desire to engage with and assist customers.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for display setup.
• Comfort being on your feet for extended periods during shifts.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Access to a smartphone.
