Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Pega Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications on the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega BPM/CRM architecture, case management, and integration frameworks, along with the ability to lead technical teams and engage directly with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of Pega applications using Pega Platform (8.x/Infinity versions)
• Architect scalable, reusable solutions following Pega best practices (Guardrails)
• Design case types, data models, decisioning rules, flows, UI/UX, and integrations
• Work with Pega frameworks such as CPM, CLM, KYC, Pega Sales Automation, or industry-specific frameworks as applicable
• Build and optimize integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Connectors, and Services
• Implement Pega best practices for security, performance tuning, and guardrail compliance
• Lead and mentor a team of junior/mid-level Pega developers
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical designs
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, and drive quality standards
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical design sessions
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 support when required
• Support DevOps/CI-CD pipeline integration for Pega deployments (Deployment Manager preferred)

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 7+ years specifically in Pega development
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform (8.x or Infinity)
• Expertise in Case Management, Data Modeling, Decisioning (DSM), Reporting, and UI/UX rules
• Strong understanding of Class Structure, Inheritance, Activities, Data Transforms, and Integration (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with Pega Constellation/ Cosmos UI is a plus
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL databases
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (JMS, MQ, Web Services)
• Experience with version control tools (Pega Revision Manager, Git)

Certifications (Preferred/Required)

• CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) – Required
• CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) – Preferred

Education

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
