Job Description

Job Title : Google Cloud Platform Architect
Experience : 10+years
Location : NY, onsite

Job Description :
Strong experience architecting and delivering Generative AI solutions using leading LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, and other foundation models.
Hands-on experience designing Agentic AI solutions and working with frameworks such as Lang Graph, Crew AI, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
Good understanding of Contact Center operations with experience in Speech Analytics and Quality Management platforms, preferably NICE Nexidia.
Experience designing and implementing RAG-based solutions, including vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval capabilities.
Strong Python development skills with experience building AI applications, APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
Experience establishing LLM Ops / ML Ops practices, including deployment automation, monitoring, model governa nce, and operational support.
Proven track record leading end-to-end AI solution architecture, working closely with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
