.NET Solution Architect / Lead Developer Healthcare

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Solution Architect / Lead Developer with strong healthcare industry experience to lead complex client platform integrations, data migrations, and onboarding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Solution Architecture experience, strong hands-on development expertise, and the ability to manage multiple technical workstreams while working directly with clients and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple customer transition and platform migration projects from kickoff through go-live.

• Own technical integration and data migration activities across client environments.

• Design and implement batch and REST API integrations.

• Lead data migration using repeatable processes, ETL tools, and migration frameworks.

• Develop and maintain integration patterns, technical documentation, runbooks, and migration procedures.

• Work closely with engineering, product, customer success, vendors, and offshore teams.

• Identify technical risks and ensure successful delivery within aggressive timelines.

• Communicate technical status, risks, and milestones to technical and executive stakeholders.

• Provide hands-on leadership and development support using .NET/C# and modern cloud technologies.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Solution Architecture experience.

• Strong hands-on Lead Developer experience.

• Mandatory Healthcare Industry experience.

• Strong .NET / C# development experience.

• Expertise in SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

• Strong experience with AWS and cloud integrations.

• Hands-on experience with AWS ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.

• Experience with data migration, ETL, batch processing, and REST APIs.

• Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Experience leading large-scale platform or system migrations.

• Experience with AI-enabled development and familiarity with Claude Code / AI-assisted development workflows.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Healthcare technology, MedTech, or healthcare platform experience.

• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA.

• Customer-facing consulting, implementation, or Solutions Engineering experience.

• Experience working with Agile and distributed teams.

• Experience working with offshore development and migration teams.

• Experience delivering complex, fast-paced technical projects.
