We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Retail Recruitment Hub in Dundee. As part of our UK-wide Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in helping our stores attract and hire outstanding talent across a variety of locations and roles. Working closely with Store Managers and stakeholders nationwide, you'll coordinate the recruitment journey from vacancy through to offer, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll take ownership of key stages of the recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently while delivering exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail vacancies across multiple locations.
• Partner with Store Managers to agree hiring plans, priorities, and recruitment timelines.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage offer administration and support successful onboarding activities.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, acting as an ambassador for our employer brand.
• Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure recruitment processes are consistently followed.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates and recruitment insights.
• Identify low-attraction vacancies and proactively implement solutions to improve candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider UK Talent Acquisition team to share best practice and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
