As the business expands nationally, they're looking for ambitious engineers who want to play a key role in building regional operations and developing their careers into future leadership positions.

This is an opportunity to join a growing team where your ideas, experience and input will genuinely make a difference.

The Role

As a Domestic Appliance Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing, servicing and repairing a range of domestic appliances across a designated region. You'll work primarily within modern residential developments, delivering a high-quality service rather than rushing through high-volume workloads.

The company focuses on efficient route planning and regional job allocation to minimise travel time and maximise productivity, allowing engineers to focus on quality workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, diagnose and repair domestic appliances including:
    • Washing machines
    • Dishwashers
    • Ovens
    • Fridge freezers
    • Other major white goods
  • Manage jobs from initial attendance through to completion and reporting
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resident experience
  • Safely remove, transport and install appliances when required
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate job records and documentation
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in domestic appliance repair
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on major domestic appliances/white goods
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence
Career Progression

This is more than a standard engineering position. As the business grows, there will be opportunities to help develop regional teams and progress into leadership and management roles.

If you're looking for a long-term career with a growing organisation that values quality, autonomy and professional development, we'd love to hear from you.
