Job Requirements

• Full-stack Java development with Spring Boot, including strong fundamentals in design patterns, APIs, data access, and secure coding.
• Cloud-native development experience with Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, and Azure services.
• DevOps and CI/CD expertise, including pipelines, automation, and blue/green deployments.
• Quality and reliability practices, including unit/integration testing, observability (logs, metrics, traces), performance tuning, and incident playbooks.
• Microservices and messaging technologies, including REST APIs, Kafka/Event Hubs, and resilience patterns such as retry and circuit breaker.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cosmos DB), caching (Redis), and query optimization.
• Strong Agile delivery experience with excellent communication and collaboration skills across Product, Architecture, SRE, and QA teams.

Additional Requirements

• Tech Lead / Senior Java Developer with 8 12 years of experience and at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Review architecture and design and recommend improvements aligned with business requirements.
• Own end-to-end design, development, and deployment for multiple features or projects.
• Drive timely delivery while enforcing development best practices.
