Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $61.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.

Summary:
Work with business partners to understand business goals and implement solutions. Drive solutions to completion
Responsibilities:
- Provide work estimates associated with completing tasks
- Understand deployed solutions and support functional change as needed
- Drive software solutions through the Software Development Lifecycle, from requirements through deployment and support
- Work with business partners to understand challenges and provide solutions
- Assign tasks to other developers located in other regions of the world
- Working with business partners
- Working with Project managers and architects
- Team consists of 15-20 folks, located globally
- Working with internal business partners and various developers
Qualifications
- Degree with 5 years experience in this capacity
- IT related experience doing application Development, Support, and Architecture
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
- Prior experience creating architecture diagrams and design documentation
- Successfully implemented both API and ETL based integration architectures
- Prior experience working with SaaS and cloud-based technologies
- Experience working with major applications that serve thousands of users located globally
Skills
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.
- Basic knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models.
- Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Adobe, Java, SQL, etc.
