About the role

This is a hands on data and analytics role sitting within Finance, focused on one core question: how do we get the right insights in front of the right people, in a way they'll actually use?

What you'll be doing

• Building, validating and improving PowerBI dashboards and visualisations
• Translating business requirements into clear data and technical specifications
• Understanding and reconciling the different systems' datasets and how these relate
• Gathering, cleansing and analysing financial data to surface meaningful insights
• Managing small projects end-to-end - from scoping through to go live
• Identifying opportunities to improve data quality, structure and automation
• Building close working relationships with Finance and BI stakeholders

About you

• Tertiary qualification in a data, finance, quantitative or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-4 years' experience in a data analytics, BI or finance analytics role
• Strong PowerBI skills - building, validating and maintaining dashboards
• Financial data literacy - comfortable working with finance data structures and metrics
• SAP or other ERP experience is a significant advantage
• Exposure to AI integration in reporting is a bonus
• Senior stakeholder exposure and commercial impact from day one
• Hybrid flexibility - Mascot based, 3 days in office
