Human Resources Business Partner - Transportation & Fleet Operations

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support our fast-paced Transportation & Warehousing operations. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, driving workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. You will manage employee relations, coach managers, support recruitment and retention, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Leveraging data and HR metrics, you'll shape a performance-driven, customer-focused culture that values safety, integrity, and continuous improvement across our mobility operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with transportation and fleet operations goals
• Lead workforce planning, talent deployment, and organizational design initiatives
• Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and performance management
• Coach managers on leadership, feedback, and employee engagement best practices
• Drive recruitment support, onboarding, and retention strategies for key roles
