Microsoft Systems Engineer/hybrid Lancaster PA

A technology-forward organization in Lancaster PA s looking for a Systems Engineer to join its team on a full-time basis.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration or systems engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
• Experience managing Windows 10/11 endpoints in an enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Experience with endpoint security, device compliance, configuration profiles, and application deployment
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows infrastructure
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and endpoint-related issues
• Understanding of Microsoft security technologies and best practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, AZ-104, or related certifications
• Experience with Autopilot and modern Windows provisioning
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Experience with Conditional Access and Entra ID security
• Familiarity with Azure infrastructure and cloud services
• Experience migrating from traditional Group Policy/SCCM environments to Intune
• Knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)
• Experience with scripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code concepts
• Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-first environments

• Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune policies, profiles, applications, and compliance policies
• Manage Windows endpoint deployments using Microsoft Autopilot
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related Microsoft cloud services
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows servers, and hybrid infrastructure
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive administrative tasks
• Troubleshoot endpoint, identity, application, and infrastructure issues
• Implement and maintain endpoint security and compliance standards
• Participate in cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and technology modernization projects
• Evaluate new Microsoft technologies and recommend solutions that improve security, efficiency, and user experience
• Partner with security and IT teams to implement best practices across the environment
• Document systems, configurations, procedures, and technical solutions
