Our client is a specialist recruitment consultancy working across Technology, Digital, Data & AI, Cyber Security and Transformation.

They're looking for ambitious individuals to join their growing team as Entry Level Recruitment Consultants. No previous recruitment experience is required just the drive to succeed, the confidence to speak to people and the resilience to keep pushing when things don't go your way.

You'll be trained from the ground up, learning how to build relationships with candidates and clients, develop new business and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

The role

• Sourcing and engaging candidates across specialist markets.
• Building and managing relationships with clients.
• Conducting candidate interviews and advising on opportunities.
• Developing new business and winning new clients.
• Managing the recruitment process through to placement.
• Building a strong network within your chosen market.

The ideal candidate

• Graduate or someone with experience in sales, business development or a target-driven environment.
• Confident, competitive and commercially minded.
• Resilient and comfortable working towards targets.
• Strong communicator who enjoys speaking to people.
• Ambitious and motivated by career progression.
