Device Shipment Coordinator

Location: Burlingame (San Francisco Bay Area), California Onsite
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate device demand with Meta stakeholders.
Manage enterprise device orders and shipment tracking.
Handle international shipping, reverse logistics (RL), and customs documentation.
Maintain inventory accuracy and asset tracking.
Collaborate with teams across the US and India to ensure timely device delivery.

Required Skills
2+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Hardware Operations, or Program Coordination
Experience with enterprise ordering systems and shipment tracking
Knowledge of international shipping, customs, and reverse logistics
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel

Preferred Experience
Consumer electronics or hardware industry
Wearables or device logistics
Experience coordinating with global teams
Familiarity with Meta hardware logistics is a plus
