The Role • Direct and administer daily operations for multiple medical centers, ensuring overall performance across operational, economical, and people-related goals. • Partner with clinical leadership to ensure patient care, service, and clinical metrics meet or exceed expectations. • Lead and develop multiple teams, focusing on business growth and profit and loss budget ownership for each center. • Drive operational excellence and growth strategy for centers, ensuring all patient experience goals are met. • Manage teams to execute key operational outcomes, meeting or exceeding customer, provider, and regulatory expectations. • Mentor, coach, and develop operation teams within the market, growing the team to meet business needs. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare or Public Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field, OR equivalent experience. • Minimum of 7 years in healthcare administration, budget management, finance, or a closely related industry. • Minimum of 5 years in direct management/leadership within a customer/client service environment. • Highly developed business acumen, strategic planning, and leadership skills. • Superior knowledge of customer service principles and practices, including customer satisfaction evaluation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
