Senior Data Analyst (AdTech)

Location: San Francisco, New York, Seattle, or Little Rock (Remote OK, PST hours required)

Job Description: Our client is a leading data collaboration platform specializing in consumer privacy, data ethics, and identity resolution. We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive reporting and analytics initiatives, generating insights from Clean Room technologies (LiveRamp, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Google Ads Data Hub) and building dashboards that help customers make data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead measurement initiatives; develop KPIs and learning plans for customer marketing objectives
• Develop and maintain analytics systems, tools, and frameworks
• Design observational analytics and experimental methods that scale across customer use cases
• Get hands-on with customer data to drive insights and enable campaign optimization
• Design and create rich, compelling data visualizations
• Work directly with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and build relationships
• Present data-driven insights to both technical and business audiences

Required Skills:

• 10+ years experience with SQL and Python
• Experience with marketing measurement analysis
• Experience with data-driven dashboards and BI
• AdTech industry experience required; TV industry familiarity a plus
• 9+ years in analytics or data science, with expertise in measurement and attribution
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Metabase, Tableau, and Looker
• Solid understanding of data modeling techniques
• Detail-oriented with strong time management, delivering client-ready analytical reports
