- Enhance the digital experience by optimising platforms, workflows and tools to help our Communications team work more consistently, efficiently and effectively.
- Champion AI and innovation by identifying practical opportunities to use approved AI-enabled tools, automation and emerging technologies to improve quality, reduce duplication and free up time for higher-value work.
- Turn data into insights by developing dashboards, reporting tools and performance measures that help teams understand audience engagement, evaluate outcomes and make informed decisions.
- Drive adoption and engagement by developing practical guidance, training and standards that empower colleagues to embrace new systems and ways of working.
- Connect people and technology by partnering with Digital & Technology and other business functions to translate communications needs into scalable digital solutions and platform enhancements.
- Improve performance continuously by using user feedback, analytics and platform insights to identify opportunities to enhance usability, accessibility and communications impact.
What you’ll bring
- Relevant qualifications and/or substantial experience in digital experience, communications, transformation, analytics, product ownership, change management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience delivering and optimising digital platforms, workflow systems, content management solutions or reporting tools in a corporate or enterprise environment.
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect people, processes, data and technology into practical solutions.
- A curious, innovative mindset and an interest in applying AI, automation and emerging technologies to real business challenges.
- Analytical capability, including the ability to interpret platform performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proven project and change management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, manage dependencies and drive adoption from implementation through to ongoing improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Why join Ramsay?
