Lead Electrical Engineer

We're Hiring: Lead Electrical Engineer | Cincinnati, OH

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Key Responsibilities:
Lead analog and digital circuit design for ruggedized electronics
Perform circuit tolerance analysis using SPICE and hand calculations
Lead product testing, design reviews, and failure investigations
Create technical documentation, test reports, and engineering change proposals
Mentor engineering teams and manage multiple projects
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
9+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience
Strong experience with analog and digital circuit design
Expertise in AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC power conversion
Hands-on experience with lab equipment and schematic/PCB design tools (Altium, PADS, etc.)
Experience leading technical projects, design reviews, and documentation
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
