Software Engineer-Developer Level 4 with Security Clearance

Indotronix is seeking an : Onsite Job - Software Engineer-Developer Level 4 Work Location: El Segundo, CA Requested Security Clearance: Secret Must Bachelor Must Shift:First Start Time:8:00 AM End Time:4:30 PM Requested Security Clearance:Secret Position Responsibilities: * Design, develop, test, and maintain software throughout the end-to-end lifecycle that meets industry, customer, safety, and regulation standards. * Develop, maintain, enhance, and optimize software products and functionalities for systems integrations. * Develop, document, and maintain architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software products. * Participate in the agile software development lifecycle including planning, reviews, and supporting customer meetings. * Debug and resolve issues identified to ensure reliability and efficiency of software products. * Perform software development, participate in code reviews, and adhere to guidance on software standards and design principles. * Implement current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and changes in regulations relevant to software development. * Develop, establish, monitor, and improve software processes, tools, and key performance metrics that align with organization goals and industry benchmarks. * Execute and document software research and development projects. * Advise on software domains, system-specific issues, processes and regulations. Required Skills: * Bachelor's Degree. * 5+ years of experience in software development. * Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). * Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including systems engineers, hardware engineers, and program managers. * Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and system-level validation in complex software environments. * Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance (Interim prestart, final post start). Preferred Skills: * 5+ years of experience developing complex software applications and algorithmic solutions. * 5+ years of experience leading software development. * 5+ years of experience with modern programming and scripting languages such as C++, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Python, Visual Basic. * 1+ years of experience in a cloud computing environment e.g. Azure/AWS/Google Cloud. * Knowledge of software architecture and design methodologies. Ability to synthesize software architectures and designs that meet requirements, characteristics and constraints. Education / Experience: * Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience).
