Project Manager Fit Out

Project Manager Manchester £80,000 - £85,000 + Package MORAN Recruitment are currently working with a leading office fit-out contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team. Managing CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects for a leading specialist Fit-Out contractor in Manchester. Key responsibilities will include: • Taking ownership of the commercial or operational delivery associated with the role.<br />• Working closely with project teams, clients, consultants and supply chain partners.<br />• Monitoring programme, cost, quality and contractual performance where applicable.<br />• Managing key project information, reporting and stakeholder communication.<br />• Supporting the wider business with delivery, problem solving and continuous improvement.<br />• Building strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.

About You?

• Proven experience in a similar role within the Construction/Fit-Out industry.<br />• Relevant experience within the project type or specialist area outlined above.<br />• Strong commercial or operational understanding.<br />• Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills.<br />• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.<br />• Relevant qualifications and professional experience will be considered.
