Position: Nasdaq Calypso SME
Location: Holmdel, NJ (Onsite)

Calypso SME with strong hands-on experience in the Nasdaq Calypso platform and deep knowledge of Capital Markets, Trading, Risk, Treasury and Post-Trade processes. The SME will provide functional and technical leadership across Calypso implementations, enhancements, integrations, production support and platform modernization.

The ideal candidate should be able to work across Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office, understand the complete trade lifecycle, and translate complex business requirements into scalable Calypso solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Calypso Subject Matter Expert and primary technical/functional escalation point.
Lead Calypso solution design, configuration, customization, integration and production support.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Calypso functional and technical solutions.
Support the complete trade lifecycle from trade capture through confirmation, settlement, accounting and reporting.
Work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Finance and Technology teams.
Configure and support Calypso workflows, products, pricing, risk, processing and reporting.
Design and implement integrations between Calypso and upstream/downstream enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot complex Calypso production issues, perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes.
Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions and platform modernization initiatives.
Lead Calypso upgrades, migrations, enhancements and release activities.
Mentor Calypso developers and provide technical guidance to offshore/onshore teams.
Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, performance and development standards.
