Service Delivery Systems Engineer

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Service Engineer to support professional, scientific, and technical services clients by implementing, maintaining, and optimizing service solutions. You will own the technical lifecycle: gathering requirements, configuring systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring uptime and performance. Partner closely with recruiters, clients, and vendors to resolve complex problems, analyze data, and improve processes. Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain service solutions for professional, scientific, and technical clients
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and drive timely resolution
• Gather and translate client requirements into technical configurations and workflows
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and SLAs, and proactively address risks
• Collaborate with recruiters, clients, and vendors to design and improve service delivery
• Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
• Analyze service data to recommend process and system improvements
• Support onboarding and training of internal users and clients on service tools and platforms
• Participate in small implementation or enhancement projects as a technical lead or coordinator
• Contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused culture through knowledge sharing and mentorship
