This is a hands-on position that offers the chance to see the direct impact of your work on a daily basis, ensuring products are presented effectively to consumers. The Role • Rotate between various store locations, typically managing one store per day. • Accurately reset shelves and products according to new, provided layouts using planograms. • Move and adjust shelves, fixtures, tags, and products as required. • Submit timely reporting and photographic evidence of completed work. • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding progress, needs, and any issues encountered. What You'll Need • Ability to perform a physically demanding role involving standing, lifting, and repetitive motion, with the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. • Possess reliable transportation to travel to assigned store locations. • Be at least 18 years of age. • Demonstrate strong self-motivation, keen attention to detail, and a results-driven approach. • Capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
