Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager leads HR policies and programs at a logistics operation, including staffing, employee relations, compliance, benefits, compensation, records, and employee development. This role supervises HR staff, partners with operations, advises senior management, and supports a positive employee relations environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR policies and programs covering staffing, employee relations, training, benefits, compensation, records, and timekeeping.
• Partner with plant operations and the HR team to support an open, positive employee relations climate.
• Manage HR administration, compliance, policy enforcement, hiring, retention, and termination.
• Supervise HR staff.
• Keep senior management and operations informed about HR developments and provide requested reports.
