IT Support Consultant (MUST know German Language)

Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Support Consultant with 2–3 years of IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience to provide end-user support, system administration, and IT infrastructure maintenance and MUST be able to speak in German Language. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, networking, endpoint management, and IT service delivery.

 

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of IT Support / Helpdesk experience
• Windows & Linux system administration
• Active Directory, Group Policy, and User Management
• Network support (Switches, Routers, VLANs, Firewalls)
• Microsoft Intune and/or ManageEngine
• IT ticketing/ITSM tools and incident management
• Backup & Disaster Recovery
• Endpoint security, patch management, and antivirus
• Basic database knowledge (FileMaker preferred)
• Telephony support (Mobile/PBX) preferred
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
• Strong communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user technical support and resolve IT incidents
• Administer Active Directory users and permissions
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux systems
• Support servers, networks, endpoints, and security updates
• Manage Intune/ManageEngine endpoint deployment and provisioning
• Perform backups, disaster recovery, patching, and system upgrades
• Support FileMaker databases and IT infrastructure projects
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and vendor coordination
• Deliver employee IT training and ensure timely ticket resolution
