The Role

• Service customer needs and provide expert recommendations on wireless plans and services.
• Develop new consumer and business accounts through proactive outreach.
• Ensure outstanding customer service during and after the sale to build lasting relationships.
• Stay current with the latest technology trends, products, and services in the wireless industry.
• Identify opportunities to recommend upgrades and complementary products or services.
