The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location. • Perform a variety of services including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles. • Manage vehicle stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Represent the company with pride, embodying its values with every customer interaction. • Work independently, making sound judgments to resolve issues on the spot. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • A full UK driving license with fewer than 6 points. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to daily challenges.
