Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience supporting municipal or public-sector environments preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel to City facilities as needed.
