INFOR/HEXAGON SUPPORT LEAD, New York City, NY Hybrid

• A minimum of 3-5 years HxGN EAM (formerly known as Infor EAM) experience
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in Proficiency in extending HxGN EAM through Extensibility Framework
• Preferable 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Summary of the functional Role

Our Client’s Enterprise Asset Management dept HEXAGON SUPPORT LEAD / SR. HEXAGON CONFIG. SPECIALIST. This position is to provide critical HxGN EAM project roll-out support for DOS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Under the direction of the Technical Lead, develop configuration of the EAM system (core and mobile) based on requirements and design documents in alignment with program standards
• Develop FlexSQL and Extensibility Framework solutions, as needed
• Support testing activities and provide bug fixes in a timely fashion
• Develop integrations to key systems via ION integration or Web Services

DELIVERABLES & DUE DATES

Task-Based Deliverables:

For each project, the deliverables will be determined by client’s EAM Program Management at the initiation of each project. Most deliverables will fall within the following high-level groupings:

• Project management documentation
• Technical design, configuration and specifications documentation
• System configuration and administration
• Training development and delivery

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Enterprise system configuration
• Strong technical expertise in Infor EAM v11.x configuration, integration using ION, and other Infor EAM tools/utilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry is preferred
