Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Our client is an established, international food related (FMCG) manufacturer based in the Thetford area.<br />The company has 8 manufacturing operations in the UK and Europe and is one of the leading manufacturers in it's field with an annual turnover or £40 million, employing a loyal, dedicated and motivated team of around 80 staff.<br />A further Multi-skilled Shift Engineer is required to join the engineering team of 6.<br />(4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts)<br />Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager the Multi-skilled engineer will be responsible for the following across the site:

• Providing both Reactive &amp; Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Maintaining a variety of Production Machinery including Conveyors, Packaging Equipment, Weighing Machinery, Bagging Machinery, Labelling Equipment &amp; Ovens
• Fault Finding both Electrically (PLC faultfinding) &amp; Mechanically
• Assisting in the Installation of new machinery<br />You will have experience working within a relevant factory environment with the following skills/qualifications:
• Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineering Experience
• Relevant Mechanical/Electrical Qualifications
• Fault Finding Ability both Electrically &amp; Mechanically<br />(4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts)
