Job Description
Centorrino Technologies in Adelaide is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a 3-month contract, two days per week, to provide Level 1 end-user support. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and AV setup, image and deploy laptops, replace monitors, and manage stock while collaborating with the IT team to maintain service excellence.
Ideal candidates have prior Level 1 IT support experience, strong customer service, and a proactive, detail oriented approach, with ability to work independently
