Fabric Engineer Location: Salisbury Area<br />Salary: £30,000<br />Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm Are you a Fabric Engineer looking for a stable Monday to Friday role within a secure and specialist environment? We're recruiting for a Fabric Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management team supporting a highly secure site in the Salisbury area. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong building fabric background who enjoys a varied maintenance role, working as part of an established engineering team. The Role

• Carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance
• Complete general building repairs and maintenance tasks
• Undertake basic carpentry, plumbing and patch repairs
• Repair doors, fixtures, fittings and general building fabric
• Complete inspections and report any defects
• Support the wider engineering team with day-to-day site requirements
• Maintain accurate records and follow health and safety procedures What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer, Fabric Technician, Maintenance Technician or Handyperson
• Strong knowledge of general building maintenance
• Experience within commercial buildings or Facilities Management environments
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to obtain BPSS security clearance What's on Offer
