Job Title: Sr Cost Project Manager 

Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

What's the Job?

• Lead and coordinate large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.
• Oversee project teams, including contractors, vendors, and internal staff, to ensure quality standards.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in project management within construction or related fields.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, project controls, and industry standards.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
