Business Development Manager

What you'll do
  • Engage with Passion: Confidently communicate the value of Qscan's diagnostic services to GPs, specialists, allied health practitioners, and other referral sources.
  • Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute territory plans aligned with business goals. Analyse referral trends and provide market insights to management and clinic leaders.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong, long-term partnerships between Qscan clinic staff and referral networks to drive growth and collaboration.
  • Drive Growth: Drive growth through the awareness of our new and existing services via our network of highly valued referrers.
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in healthcare sales.
  • Strong relationships with GPs and specialists.
  • Initiative to identify territory needs and implement actionable plans.
  • A track record of achieving business results through strong territory plans and relationship management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, communication and objection handling skills.
  • Clinical background / experience in radiology or oncology is highly advantageous.
