Deputy Head of Care and Ward Management | Bad Schwartau, Germany | On-site

The Role

  • Lead and motivate a team of 12 care professionals, overseeing the well-being of 31 residents.
  • Implement and monitor quality management processes, ensuring adherence to legal and internal standards.
  • Collaborate closely with facility management and the Total Quality Management department.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of care and support processes, integrating the latest professional and scientific findings.
  • Ensure professional and empathetic care delivery, embodying the organization's core values.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to uphold service excellence.

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training in elderly or general nursing.
  • Recognized further education/certification as a Head of Care.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and empathy for residents and staff.
