The Role

• Perform all core job requirements with developing capability and proficiency.
• Undertake standard vehicle glass repairs and installations, with exposure to complex tasks under supervision.
• Receive ongoing support and development to meet performance targets and master new tasks.
• Actively listen to and understand customer needs to provide outstanding service.
• Identify and present opportunities for Value Added Products and Services (VAPS).
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

What You'll Need

• Demonstrated technical skills in automotive mechatronics, specifically vehicle glass.
• Experience with standard vehicle glass repair and fitting procedures.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new or complex tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Understanding of branch and personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Commitment to maintaining tools and equipment.
