Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a well-established professional services organisation. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimise multi-channel digital marketing activity across email, social media, SEO and content marketing channels.
  • Develop and enhance automated email marketing programmes, improving customer engagement and marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with content and web teams to create and optimise evergreen content informed by search and performance insights.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to drive continuous improvement and audience growth.
  • Manage and support digital marketing team members while working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic marketing objectives.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, content, social media and SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience using performance data, audience insights and search analytics to inform marketing strategy and content development.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations, consent-based marketing and digital compliance best practices.
  • Previous people management experience with strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
