SAP FS-CD QA Lead / Specialist (Insurance Domain)Job Description 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FS-CD within the Insurance domain, with QA expertise.

FS-CD Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Fit-Gap Analysis: Lead workshops with insurance business stakeholders to map AS-IS and TO-BE processes for billing, payments, trust accounting, and dunning.

System Configuration: Configure SAP FS-CD master data, payment programs, clearing rules, dunning procedures, and correspondence.

Functional Specifications (FS): Write clear FSDs for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) and collaborate closely with ABAP developers.

Cross-Module Integration: Coordinate with adjacent insurance and core modules.

Quality Assurance & Testing Duties Test Strategy & Design: Build end-to-end test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts specifically for FS-CD transaction flows, integrations, and batch jobs.

Execution & Defect Tracking: Execute Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Defect Triage & Root Cause Analysis: Log, triage, and re-test defects in tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or SAP Solution Manager, collaborating with technical teams for quick resolution.

Regression & Automation Support: Design and execute regression test packs (manual or automated using tools like Tosca, QTP/UFT, or SAP Solution Manager) to safeguard monthly/quarterly patch releases.

Quality Gate Governance: Review technical and functional deliverables against business rules to ensure zero-defect deployments into production.
