Job Description
Conduent seeks a Quality Assurance Associate II to ensure the reliability and accuracy of digital platforms, transaction processing, and automation solutions for major government and commercial clients. In this role, you will develop and execute test plans, document and track defects, and validate fixes across complex, data-driven workflows. You will collaborate closely with operations, development, and client teams to uphold quality standards, support audits, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Execute test plans and quality checks on digital platforms, transaction processing, and automation workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Document defects, track issues through resolution, and collaborate with development and operations teams to prevent recurrence.
- Analyze data and process metrics to identify quality trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support implementation of quality standards, SOPs, and best practices across client projects and internal operations.
- Prepare clear test reports, quality dashboards, and status updates for project leads and stakeholders.
- Participate in requirements reviews to ensure testability, traceability, and alignment with client expectations.
- Use test management and defect tracking tools to manage test cases, results, and regression cycles.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and production validation for new releases and process changes.
- Contribute to process automation and digital transformation initiatives by validating new tools and workflows.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and quality certifications by maintaining accurate documentation.
