They are seeking a skilled CNC Manufacturing Specialist to join their dedicated team in Berlin. The Role • Setting up CNC machining centers, including tool preparation, measurement, and zero-point adjustment. • Operating CNC machining centers by loading and unloading parts. • Monitoring the manufacturing process, changing tools, and performing minor maintenance. • Inspecting workpieces for dimensional accuracy and quality, and conducting necessary rework. • Actively contributing to process optimization and ensuring a safe production flow. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a relevant trade (minimum 3 years), e.g., as a Cutting Machine Operator. • Previous experience in a CNC environment (turning or milling) is beneficial. • Familiarity with 5-axis machining, Mazatrol, Haas, and Heidenhain controls is advantageous. • Experience with CAM programming is desired. • Good German language skills (minimum B2) and willingness to work in a three-shift system.
