The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Cluster Manager - Admissions to lead the admissions strategy and student enrolment growth across multiple school campuses.

This is a high-impact leadership role that combines business development, relationship management, marketing, team leadership, and customer experience. The successful candidate will drive enrolment growth, build strong community partnerships, mentor school admission teams, and ensure every prospective family experiences a seamless admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Enrollment Growth

  • Own and deliver admission targets across assigned schools.
  • Develop and execute annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly enrolment strategies.
  • Forecast admissions, revenue, and growth trends for each campus.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals.

Design Admission Strategy

  • Design and implement innovative admission campaigns to increase enquiries and conversions.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strengthen the schools' market presence.
  • Ensure consistency in admissions processes and customer experience across all campuses.

Build Community Engagement

  • Develop strong relationships with parents, alumni, community organizations, consultants, and local influencers.
  • Create and nurture parent ambassador and alumni networks to strengthen referrals.
  • Represent the schools at community events, education fairs, and networking opportunities.

Marketing and Events

  • Plan and execute admissions events, open houses, school tours, parent engagement programmes, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Support schools in executing local marketing initiatives that drive enquiries.
  • Design Admission StrategyBuild, mentor, and inspire admissions teams across multiple campuses.
  • Provide coaching, training, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer excellence.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily admission office operations across the cluster.
  • Ensure effective management of CRM systems, admissions databases, documentation, reporting, budgets, and communication.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and applicant experience.

Education

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Admissions, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Educational Management.
  • Experience managing multiple locations or regional operations is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving ambitious enrolment or sales targets.
