The Role

  • Prepare insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, and convert quotes into active policies.
  • Deliver exceptional service to demonstrate the value of being a policyholder and ensure customer peace of mind.

What You'll Need

  • Proven success in achieving sales goals with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 2 years of direct sales experience, with insurance industry sales experience being a strong asset.
  • An active Personal Lines Insurance or P&C license is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
